“Turf”
specializes in sales and development of resort and waterfront property on the Texas Coast.
He established his company, “The Coastal Real
Estate Company” in 1992 and has since successfully marketed and sold properties along
the Texas coast from Galveston to South Padre Island.
He has concentrated his efforts on the Coastal Bend Region of Texas; namely, Bay
Harbor and Pelican Cove in Aransas Pass, Island Moorings, Bahia Bay, City-By-The Sea,
Rockport and other coastal areas.
His experience includes small and large
acquisitions, expansion and sales of residential,commercial and investment properties.
Clients have varied from individuals to businesses and also governmental entities.
Upon completion of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business at Truman State University in
Missouri, he served as an Officer in the Marine Corps. He has been a business owner and
has worked in management for large corporations. He has served as an expert witness and
consultant in personal injury and products liability litigation.
